We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used pet food products.
• Clearance or discounted items.
• Customized or personalized orders.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a PetFoodBites error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
